The Strategic Subcommittee of the University of Virginia Health System Board will meet on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) in Conference Room 3023 of McKim Hall, 1415 Jefferson Park Avenue, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903. The subcommittee will discuss strategic and proprietary business information related to the operations of the University of Virginia Medical Center and UVA Health. The meeting will be held in open and closed session. Following a motion and vote of the Strategic Subcommittee to convene in closed session, members of the Strategic Subcommittee and University officials will leave the open session and proceed in closed session. Following the closed session, the Strategic Subcommittee will return to open session to certify that only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meetings requirements, and which were identified in the motion authorizing the closed session, were heard, discussed, or considered in closed session. The meeting time is approximate; the Strategic Subcommittee cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public during this meeting.
