Chapters 735 and 736 Stakeholder Advisory Group

Per VA Code ยง 62.1-44.119:2, The Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources and the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry shall convene a stakeholder advisory group to review annual progress and make recommendations toward the implementation of the Commonwealth's agricultural commitments in the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan. This meeting will consist of a presentation by the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission on their study of the Agricultural Cost Share Program, a presentation by Department of Conservation and Recreation staff on implementing these recommendations, and stakeholder discussion. An agenda is attached for this meeting.
