State Plan for Aging Services: Norfolk Listening Session October 30, 2026 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia 1132 Pickett Rd Norfolk, VA 23502 The Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services is leading the effort to prepare Virginia’s next State Plan for Aging Services. We want to hear from adults age 60+, caregivers, and professionals all across Virginia. Please join us for an in-person listening session in Norfolk on October 30, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia (1132 Pickett Road, Norfolk, VA 23502).
