Telephonic Conference

A quorum of the Board will meet by telephone conference call to consider whether a substantial danger to the public health or safety exists which warrants suspending a license, certificate or registration of a practitioner without a hearing, pursuant to Va. Code Section 54.1-2408.1. Public comment will not be received.
