VHDA Board and Committee Meetings

An annual meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Virginia Housing Development Authority (Virginia Housing) will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Virginia Housing Headquarters located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia 23220. Meeting Times and Locations: Executive Committee Meeting- 8:30 AM, Virginia Housing Headquarters-Board Room Audit Committee Meeting- 9:25 AM, Virginia Housing Headquarters- Board Room Full Board Meeting- 10:00 AM, Virginia Housing Headquarters- Richmond Rooms 1 and 2 The meeting will be in person, and the format will not be changed unless Virginia Housing provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code ยง 2.2-3707. The Committees and the Board may also meet during meals before and after the meetings on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Public comments will be received at the beginning of the meeting of the Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, following a brief presentation from Staff on the Qualified Allocation Plan overview.
