Broad Street Richmond, VA. 23220, Room: Love & Happiness The special meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be in person only, with no remote participation by any Commissioners. The format shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code ยง 2.2-3707. The Board may also meet during meals before, during, and after meetings. No time has been scheduled during the meetings for public comment.
