Delta Hotel Richmond Downtown 555 East Canal Street Richmond, Virginia 23219 Rocketts Landing Conference Room, 1st Floor An in-person meeting of the Programs Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (VFHY) will be held at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The Committee will receive a staff presentation on the draft FY 27-28 VFHY Programs budget in addition to an update on Programs activities. Staff will address any questions from Committee members. After discussion, the Committee is expected to make a recommendation to the VFHY Board on the Programs budget for FY 27-28. Public comment shall be received prior to Committee action.
