The Small Grains Board (Board) will discuss checkoff revenues resulting from sale of the 2024 Virginia small grains crop and approve the previous meeting minutes. The Board will also review submitted fiscal year (FY) 2024-25 project reports and FY 2025-26 project proposals. Following the review of the project proposals, the Board will make funding decisions for small grains industry projects to be executed during FY 2025-26. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
