Public comment will be received at each regular meeting of the Board following the approval of minutes of the preceding meeting and prior to committee reports. Individuals wishing to speak before the Board must notify the Office of the Chancellor at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled meeting. All remarks before the State Board for Community Colleges must be matters germane and relevant to the agenda of the day. Written comments may be provided in lieu of speaking at the meeting, and each speaker will be limited to a five-minute statement that will become a part of the public record.
