The Audit, Compliance, and Risk Committee of the University of Virginia will meet on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in both open and closed session in Carruthers Hall, Conference Rooms 244 and 246. Carruthers Hall is located at 1001 N. Emmet Street, Charlottesville, VA 22903. The meeting times of the committee are approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. Open session of the meeting is open to the public. This meeting will not be streamed live. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meeting.
