To receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Barbering and Cosmetology Regulations. The Board proposed amendments to establish a uniform instructor program among licensed cosmetology, barber, nail, wax, and esthetics schools. This is not a regular meeting of the Board. Staff will be receiving comments on the proposed amendments to the regulation. The meeting is open to the public. Persons desiring to participate in the meeting who require special accommodations or interpretive services should contact the Department 804-367-8509 at least 10 days prior to this meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made for an appropriate accommodation. The Department fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
