NOTICE OF SEPTEMBER 15, 2022 VIRGINIA PUBLIC SCHOOL AUTHORITY BOARD MEETING Virginia Public School Authority Thursday, September 15, 2022 2:00 p.m. Department of the Treasury The members of the Virginia Public School Authority (“VPSA”) will meet in the Treasury Board Room, 101 North 14th Street, 3rd Floor, Richmond, Virginia at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2022. The general purpose of the meeting includes, without limitation, consideration of: • Approval of the March 16, 2022 Meeting Minutes; • Resolution approving local school division applications to the VPSA Pooled Bond Program; • Resolution regarding the issuance of VPSA School Financing Bonds (1997 Resolution) to make loans to Virginia localities to finance or refinance capital school projects; • Resolutions regarding the issuance of Special Obligation School Financing and Refunding Bonds Prince William County Series 2022; • Resolution regarding the issuance of Special Obligation School Financing Bonds Lancaster County Series 2022; • Reports and such other business as may come before the Board.
