The Quality Subcommittee of the Health System Board of the University of Virginia will meet on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) in the Pinn Hall Conference Room 2ABC which is located at 1340 Jefferson Park Avenue, 2nd Floor. They will discuss quality and safety information pertaining to the operations of the University of Virginia Medical Center and its Transitional Care Hospital. The meeting will be held in open and closed session. Following the closed session, the Quality Subcommittee will return to open session to certify that only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meetings requirements and which were identified in the motion authorizing the closed session were heard, discussed, or considered in closed session. The meeting time is approximate; the Quality Subcommittee cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public during this meeting.
