Recyc Systems, Inc. has submitted an application for the modification of an existing permit that would authorize the land application of biosolids and water treatment plant residuals as fertilizer to an additional 496.7 acres of agricultural land at 2 sites located within Clarke County at controlled rates protective of water quality and human health.
