The Virginia Interagency Coordinating Council (VICC) meets quarterly to advise and assist the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) as lead agency for Part C (of IDEA), early intervention for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. Discussion focuses on issues related to Virginia's implementation of the Part C program. The Virginia Interagency Coordinating Council will be meeting September 08, 2021 from 9:30-12:00.
