The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet at the Alumni House, located at 500 Richmond Road in Williamsburg on April 22-23, 2021. Committee meetings will begin at noon on Thursday April 22, and conclude for the day at 4:00 p.m. The full Board will convene at 4:15 p.m. and is scheduled to conclude at 5:45 p.m. and then attend dinner at 6:30 p.m., in the Williamsburg Inn, located at 136 Francis St E in Williamsburg. On Friday, April 23, committee meetings will begin at 7:30 a.m. in the Alumni House, following by a meeting of the full Board beginning at 9:15 a.m. concluding at approximately noon, followed by lunch. All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. In accordance with Va. Code §2.2-3708.2.D, the public may witness the meetings by attending in person or remotely. Anyone who attends in person is required to wear a face mask the entire time they are inside the building and while on campus. Attendees will also be required to complete a health screening including a temperature check. Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or who has been asked by state or local health officials to self-quarantine should not come to campus. Physically distanced seating will be available in the meeting rooms and will be limited. The public may also witness the meetings via phone.
