The Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia will meet June 8 - 10, 2016. Schedule for June 9: 8:30 - 8:45 Medical Center Operating Board - Transitional Care Hospital (open and executive sessions) 8:45 - 1:00 Medical Center Operating Board with working lunch (open and executive sessions) 1:30 - 3:00 Buildings and Grounds Committee 3:00 - 5:00 Finance Committee with Full Board The meeting times of the committees and the executive sessions of the Board can only be approximate; with the best intentions of adhering to a schedule, the Board sometimes cannot anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. AMENDED: On June 9, 2016, from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m., Dr. Britt will be participating from the Eastern Virginia Medical School Department of Surgery at 825 Fairfax Avenue – 6th Floor, Norfolk, VA 23507. Members of the public interested in attending a particular session may check with either our office or the Board Office to confirm information on schedules. For this regular meeting of the Board of Visitors, there will be a designated public seating area in the meeting rooms. Tickets for the public seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the lobby of the Harrison Institute on the meeting days. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at the meetings.
