The Board will meet to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. In addition, the Board will review its financial statement. The Board is also expected to discuss old business arising from the previous meeting as well as any new business to come before the Board. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Anyone who needs any special accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
