The Board will receive reports and presentations from VFHY leadership, committees and invited guests as well as a staff presentation on the draft FY 27-28 VFHY budget. Staff will also provide an update on the implementation of the strategic plan and the recently concluded 2026 Champions for Youth Summit. Among other business, the Board is expected to adopt a FY 2027 -28 VFHY budget that includes an endowment withdrawal. Public comment shall be received both prior to and after Board action.
