DESCRIPTION:The Board of Visitors will hold in-person board and committee meetings on Feb. 26, beginning at 12:15 p.m. at VCU Medical Center Critical Care Hospital, 1213 E. Clay St., Lambert Boardroom. The meetings will be held in open and closed sessions.

12:15 - 1:15 p.m. VCU Board of Visitors and VCU Health System Authority Board of Directors joint meeting
1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Audit, Integrity, and Compliance Committee
2:45 - 3:45 p.m.: Facilities, Real Estate, and Administration Committee
4 - 5 p.m. Intercollegiate Athletics Committee

All meetings will be a committee of the whole using procedural rules that are based on those of the committee, except that in this case the committee includes all members of the board.
